i dont think diets work but to start off you can stop eating too much fast food during the week like i did and start hitting the gym or get into sports

ReplyDeletesimple work out and try to eat as many times as possible every day but keep it low in calories with 3 hour intervals ;) i lost 10 kgs in 2 months
