ive never hated comcast more than i do right now.
two appointments MISSED. they wont credit it cause they said the appointment didnt need to be scheduled in the first place but i dont see how thats my problem! they told me that they needed to schedule the appt, i didnt ask for it. like a good customer i waited from 3-7 and no one showed up. the next appt got scheduled i waited from 11-4 NOTHING. I even called to confirm that last one to make sure they were comming. AND NOW THERE TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR A APPT IF I WANT ANOTHER ONE!!!! if they felt the appt should not have been scheduled and could have been resolved over the phone then they should have told me that over the phone and resolved it. They sure as hell shouldnt have scheduled ANOTHER one! GIRRRRRRR
