so i totally signed up for this to talk to people and get there opinions. anyone wanna follow me?


today sucked. i woke up late, yet im still tired. im trying to diet to, anyone no of any diets that actually work?

  1. i dont think diets work but to start off you can stop eating too much fast food during the week like i did and start hitting the gym or get into sports

  4. simple work out and try to eat as many times as possible every day but keep it low in calories with 3 hour intervals ;) i lost 10 kgs in 2 months

  14. keep carbs around 100g, protein 200g and fat <50g a day and you will lose weight quick bro!
